7 For All Mankind (often referred to simply as 7FAM) is an American denim brand founded by Michael Glasser, Peter Koral, and Jerome Dahan in 2000 and headquartered in Vernon, California. It was purchased by the VF Corporation in 2007 and sold to Delta Galil Industries in 2016.

A customer and former fan of the shop shared this disgruntled review: "Been a long term fan of 7 For All Mankind since their inception in the early 2000s. However, these trousers are a real disappointment. First of all, the material is paper thin and feels like a plastic bag. The material actually reminds me of the ones that is used to make track pants. The fit is not flattering at all. I'm 5' 8" and medium built. They fit pretty baggy around my thighs but tight around my calves. I compared these to a pair of Lululemon pants side by side and the Lululemon pants are in fact better in terms of fit and quality compared to the 7's. I wish I could love them since I am shopping for some casual dress pants for work. I can't justify spending more than 200 dollars in these."

Company is quick to fire people if they are not “perfect”. HR complaints and investigations launched left and right. Will hire externally rather than promote internally. "The most toxic and abusive workplace I have ever encountered. Mean Girls should make a part II and just film 7 for a day. The only good reviews on here are from store employees. “Leaders” who use every meeting for personal politicking and shirk every single responsibility. Constantly unavailable due to secret meetings with each other where all they do is gossip. Certain managers are somehow entitled to crash other’s meetings and rampage other departments processes with no knowledge or understanding of what the other department is trying to do. Naïve entry level employees and downright ignorant entry level employees who somehow feel its their right to question other employees backgrounds because they felt entitled to be promoted into a position someone qualified was hired for. Assistants who have virtually no background or even work ethic would run around bashing people who have worked very hard for many years to get where they are. Same assistants would never fulfill ANY of the actual job requirements of their own role. “Upper management” would turn a blind eye to constant blatant harassment such as employees ‘hazing’ others, putting up aggressive photos at their desks meant to harass another coworker, name calling, etc. The few people who were actually determined and talented would either quit due to burning out after cleaning up everyone’s messes constantly, or get let go due to their manager being too much of a mean girl to recognize how valuable they are. Half the staff are temps who are very talented but due to incredibly long or fake temp-to-perm process they lose incredibly valuable employees. HR knows everything that’s happening and doesn’t care one bit."

"Corporate communication is non existent. No training and development and district managers are spread incredibly to thin. Do to the amount of stores district managers have, unless you have a large revenue store in LA or NY, you get no direction. Don’t be fooled by an exciting phone interview, promises were all empty. Upon my exit, it was as if I never existed. The company provided no exit information nor did they give an exit interview opportunity."

"It is the worst company I have ever worked for. The DM's don't visit your stores regularly. The AC has been broken for 3+ months and the company will not pay for it to be fixed. On a good day, it's only 78° in the store. The company allowed us to purchase 2 very small fans that do absolutely nothing but blow hot air around. Can't hit goals when your air is out in TEXAS. We have several repeat customers and it is incredibly embarrassing when they ask you why the air still isn't fix from their previous visit months ago. They refuse to invest any money into store upkeep. There is absolutely no training or developmental processes in place. Not enough growth to move up. The bonus structure is awful. If you make plan you can get a retail item. You can get a retail item and cash bonus if you make your ungodly unattainable stretch goal. Making plan isn't important. The company only cares about your conversion and swing. You never get a shout out or positive feedback."

"I ordered a pair of jeans on 03/01/21 which shipped three days later. The tracking link provided took me to a blank page on the 7FAM website and even trying to go manually through the website also took me to the same blank page. The information provided for the shipper "MDPD" didn't give me any clues and the number didn't match any DPD number or other couriers I tried to manually track through. Eventually I emailed 7FAM who provided a new tracking DPD tracking link. It is 18/01/21 and still no delivery - I phoned 7FAM only to be told the shipment was returned to sender and that I would have to wait for a new shipment to be sent out and that delivery date could not be confirmed. I asked to cancel the order before they re-shipped as waiting this many weeks for a delivery with no knowledge of when it will eventually arrive is not acceptable. I was told it was not possible to cancel the order and get a refund at this stage even though they were planning on re-shipping the item. When I pressed the customer services advisor, I was told in a very curt manor that he would try but it wasn't guaranteed. There was no understanding on his part of the disappointing service received so far, the lack of communication which means I'm having to chase a company for weeks to find out what has happened to my order. I will not be buying from 7FAM online again - it's not worth the hassle."

"Bought Ronnie jeans of € 280 (in sale) in June. After 3,5 months of normal use the jeans was completely weared-off. I reported my complaint with photos at Customer-service and they assigned this quality-problem. But they were willing to credit only 50% of the price I paid, which is far too less for such a short use. And no pay-back but only a voucher. Than I ordered a new jeans with this voucher, but the size was too big. After sending it back I wanted to order the smaller size, which was on stock 2 days ago, but now they closed the sale. As a regular and loyal 7-customer I am disappointed in the quality of this product. But I am even more disappointed in the customer-service to solve this issue. The 50% credit was far too less and they show NO flexibility to solve the problem !"

"Every time i order from this brand, i notice quality drop. (every one of my order is about 6 to 12 month apart). at first everything was super nice and high quality, comparable to other 200 dollar denim brand like paige, frame etc. then, last year, when i bought their jeans (i returned eventually), i smell a strong chemical residue. actually that should be quality alarm for me, but i didn't bother and kept the sweatpant ordered with the jeans. and this year, when i finally starting wearing their sweatpants, it started pilling around the 5,6 thish wash. that's like a month and a half's usage. so much time has passed and i apparently can't do anything. if it start to develop holes because the pilling fabric going out of the pants, i will come back and give 1 star. for now i will wear my new balance sweats."
